A leading Israeli company and the official importer and distributor of Apple products in Israel. Spanning approximately 1,500 m², the project encompassed the end-to-end design and execution of the office complex, including the reception area and public spaces. As part of the project, we led and coordinated all major disciplines, including architecture, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, acoustics, and additional building systems, creating an integrated and fully coordinated planning process across all teams and consultants. The project was managed from the initial planning stages through to final handover, with meticulous attention to detail, seamless coordination between all systems, and a continuous connection between the design intent and its execution on site.
A large-scale project spanning three Mindspace office locations. Each location was completed within approximately five months and included hundreds of private offices, dozens of shared spaces, two additional restroom facilities per floor, a spacious lounge area, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a central island. The project was delivered through a fully integrated design-and-build process, once again demonstrating the significant time-saving advantages of this approach. Close coordination between planning and execution enabled an efficient workflow, streamlined decision-making, and a smooth transition from design to on-site implementation.
A design-and-build project in which all electromechanical systems were designed by our team as an integral part of a comprehensive and coordinated planning process. The architects’ design concept was centered around an exposed ceiling, with all ceiling systems and elements finished in shades of blue inspired by the company’s signature logo colors. This approach required an exceptionally high level of coordination between all systems, with meticulous attention to precision, organization, and aesthetics, while maintaining the project’s planning and execution requirements. The result is a functional and refined workspace in which the building systems become an integral part of the project’s overall design language.
