Beit Hana Harabi is a place where home, work, and leisure converge. The space is located in the small craft area of Florentin, in an old industrial building that once served as a sewing and knitting factory established in the mid-20th century. The four-story building is divided into various rooms offering a wide range of activities including body and movement, creativity, and thought. The project involved renovating and preserving the old structure using unique materials, strengthening the building and treating the foundations, iron, and concrete. Comprehensive finishing works were carried out, including the establishment of a restaurant, gyms, and activity rooms, utilizing unique artisan metalwork.
Offices and open-space areas that embrace a hybrid working concept. Additional features included an auditorium for training and conferences, meeting rooms, creative spaces, and a cafeteria. The construction involved exposing the existing concrete in walls and columns, using polished concrete and visible systems. The project stands out for its exceptionally high finishing standards, with special attention to intricate and complex carpentry and metalwork, adding a unique and luxurious look to the spaces.
The project was built with a special emphasis on acoustics, particularly given the open space layout of the office. The spaces were meticulously designed to provide a quiet and efficient environment for employees, while maintaining a sleek and clean design that fosters a sense of calm and creativity. In addition to the open workspaces, we also built an advanced training room for trainings and group meetings, as well as impressive reception offices that welcome guests and clients in a professional and inviting atmosphere
