Offices | M.Barkan

A unique project for the global fintech company Plus500, located in an innovative complex in the high-tech center of Matam, Haifa. The project involved challenging work across two floors, with an emphasis on high-quality finishes and adherence to tight schedules.

The carpentry and metalwork were executed with precision, including staircases, lighting fixtures, and uniquely designed ceilings – every detail was custom-designed and executed to meet the client’s specific needs. Advanced systems coordination was managed, alongside the implementation of electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, and fire protection systems, all with a strong focus on top-tier safety standards.

Floor 33

A diverse range of advanced spaces tailored to the modern needs of employees. As part of the project, we created a unique music room that allows employees to engage in creative activities and unwind. In addition, the offices feature state-of-the-art meeting rooms, open-plan and private workspaces, comfortable relaxation areas, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The project complies with the U.S. Green Building Standard (LEED), with an emphasis on the use of high-quality materials and advanced construction technologies.

Yehuda Hayamit 25-27 | M.Barkan

Construction project of a unique boutique residential building in Jaffa, Near the Jaffa Port. The building features a variety of apartments with high ceilings and sun terraces, including an elevator and underground parking. The project included the structural framework, systems, and finishing works for 39 residential units, two floors of underground parking with parking stackers, and successful management of groundwater challenges.

Stunning finishes works utilizing diverse materials such as sculpted natural stone, zinc, copper, and mosaics. The execution covers various areas including luxurious dining rooms, a synagogue, an auditorium, club rooms, and a swimming pool

Port-lyfe | Moysh

Ashstrom Company’s workspace project located in the Life Towers building. The complex offers office rental solutions for small and medium-sized companies. The first floor is divided into meeting and work rooms of varying sizes, a gym, changing rooms. In addition to the meeting rooms At the second floor, there is three large rooms were built to serve as lounges for company events, a conference room and an impressive meeting room for small executive team meetings up to board meetings. Additionally, we built a spacious and comfortable seating area.

The project was built with a special emphasis on acoustics, particularly given the open space layout of the office. The spaces were meticulously designed to provide a quiet and efficient environment for employees, while maintaining a sleek and clean design that fosters a sense of calm and creativity.
In addition to the open workspaces, we also built an advanced training room for trainings and group meetings, as well as impressive reception offices that welcome guests and clients in a professional and inviting atmosphere

A challenging and complex restaurant and dining area project for a high-tech company, each floor has a different design concept, all the finishing materials are individually imported from Sand or specially manufactured, complex and innovative systems

Alma Lasers | Moysh

Offices and open-space areas that embrace a hybrid working concept. Additional features included an auditorium for training and conferences, meeting rooms, creative spaces, and a cafeteria. The construction involved exposing the existing concrete in walls and columns, using polished concrete and visible systems.
The project stands out for its exceptionally high finishing standards, with special attention to intricate and complex carpentry and metalwork, adding a unique and luxurious look to the spaces.

Sport center | M. Barkan

An innovative and luxurious sports center featuring a vast swimming pool suspended above an underground parking level, along with a variety of activity and fitness rooms. The project includes extensive and diverse development works, as well as the construction of a unique, motorized roof that opens electrically, incorporating complex structural metalwork.

Harabi | M. Barkan

Beit Hana Harabi is a place where home, work, and leisure converge. The space is located in the small craft area of Florentin, in an old industrial building that once served as a sewing and knitting factory established in the mid-20th century. The four-story building is divided into various rooms offering a wide range of activities including body and movement, creativity, and thought.
The project involved renovating and preserving the old structure using unique materials, strengthening the building and treating the foundations, iron, and concrete. Comprehensive finishing works were carried out, including the establishment of a restaurant, gyms, and activity rooms, utilizing unique artisan metalwork.

Logistic Center | M. Barkan

An advanced logistics center located above an existing parking facility. The project involved addressing complex foundation and structural reinforcement challenges. In addition, the project includes the construction and finishing of three luxurious office floors, using high-quality, advanced finishing materials supplied by the Tuboul Group. This project combines innovative engineering with contemporary design.
